That's because the module translation wasn't saved.

To get rid of that text prefix you have to:

1. Go in your backoffice menu go to Parameters > Translations
2. Choose English by clicking on edit icon.
   Then select review.csv.
   If your translation isn’t in english or french you would have to fill up the page.
   Finally click on “save”.

Note: Even if your app is in english you have to save the translation of review.csv otherwise “mb_rw-” prefix will appear in front of every translated word in the module.

Hopefully in a future version of Siberian, translations will be save automatically and you wont have to do this manually .
